Good Afternoon All Volunteer Ministers (or soon-to-be volunteer ministers),

Thank you for your past volunteer time well spent for our beloved parish!  Now it is time again for many to update their safe environment training certifications under the diocesan guidelines as the covid parameters are lifted and we resume activities once again in person.  

If you are currently participating or plan to participate soon in any ministry or organization that meets at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, then we need you to attend the required safe environment training certification through Virtus--Protecting God's Children. You may attend a session in person at a local parish at your convenience per the Virtus schedule.  Our local sessions are posted on the Sacred Heart website>Safe Environment tab>calendar as well as future session dates always listed online at:  virtusonline.org>live training>pre-register>session listings.  

If you do not have computer access, please call Lisa Pilch at the church office to create your online profile in Virtus and get pre-registered for an upcoming session.  If you have already pre-registered for the upcoming July 17th session THIS SATURDAY to be held at Sacred Heart at 9:00 AM or if you have completed a Protecting God's Children safe environment training session, please disregard this announcement.  Also, please remember to always SIGN THE ATTENDANCE SHEET at any training session that you attend for proper record keeping.
